You pay AFTER u are satisfied with the work right? Because if its not putting money in my pocket first then its not satisfaction. Could they post 300 Ads a day for me?

Here is the situation if you are using our services. If you get our staff, it is similar to that you recruit a new employee. You need to train that employee to do the work ( of course they have basic skills from previous works for other customer already)
With your training, they will get familiar to the process of doing your work and they will do the work slowly in first few days. However, when the staff get familiar to the work, he will do ur work faster and you will really get back ur investment from his work now
The staff is yours . Train him well and he will work for you

Would you mind reminding me the terms of work for a part timer, please?
Oh, I kinda read helloall's earlier question a little differently.
Meaning if I showed the hired worker what to do and how to do it and say, the job takes me 4 hours to finish, but this worker requires 8 hours to do the same work (assuming all resources / shortcuts are provided), then are there any grounds to contest the payment to you folks (or the worker?).
I guess it is more about quality and quantity assurance?
