I am looking for someone with flippa account with good trade history and big amount of transactions done.

I got a website making $200 per day average from google traffic, anyone who can sell this for good price gets 20% cut. You can make upto $4000 commission with this, depending upon what price it sells for.

Recently similar site was sold on flippa for over $19k, so i am pretty sure that this can sell for that amount or even more.

It will take around 2 months to make the money which we can get in 3-4 days, also i have another site in similar niche doing $100 a day and soon will be doing $300 a day so i dont really want to keep 2 sites in same niche.

So you have two websites in same niche, what if buyer asks for non compete agreement? :-)

Over $10k month and selling for $20k ?!

I can't understand why, wait two months and you'll get that money...
 
I would never sell that website for any reason! I would keep making more of them in different niches!

I have 5 sites in the same niche... dont sell it.. make ~10 sites. Own the front page of google, and corner the niche..
 
What's the Revenue Source? Adsense or what? Does it have a good history? How long has ti been hitting $200/day for? If it's 6months+, you can sell it for somewhat $50k+ or so..... it all depends on the website, risk involved, etc.

doesnt make sense. if its a legitimate site making that much, then definitely speak to Meathead, he will help you get a much larger sum than that Im sure.
 
If your site makes $200 a day you better sell it for a lot more than $19k.

because selling a site making 10k per month for just $20k looks fishy.
