If you need blog comments for first tier (linking directly to money site), it's best to go on odesk and hire someone to do it as part time job on regular weekly bases. Give him instructions how to find related blogs and how to write comment based on post content.

If you need comments for pushing juice to 2nd/3rd tiers, then any mass linking service might work.

how likely are blackhatlinks.com to give a SERP rise for a LOW comp keyword floating on page 2, struggling to make it to page 1? I've been page 2 for about 3 weeks now.. need a hand or boost to page 1... anyone have any current reviews?
