1) Provide the publisher IDs for all your ePN accounts.
2) For each account, provide:
a. Website URLs of all your sites that drive traffic to eBay
b. Any traffic logs
c. Any third party agents that you are currently employing, and/or any server redirects.
d. Any special promotional methods that require written approval. If applicable, please include the approvals you have received.

All pending commissions have been placed on hold. Any payment will be made as per the Network Agreement following the completion of our investigation. We strongly advise that you discontinue your campaigns until this issue is resolved.

not stuffing auctions nothing black hat, but i do blank my refferers and i dont want them to know where my traffic comes from, about 12k this month so far.. I

My friend went through this awhile ago. He obviously stated he only had one account and gave then a website that he uses. They then requested his traffic logs and he stated that his server doesn't have any trackers setup. They then responded that they will be paying out his account but closing it as it was highly suspicious.

I should mention that he stated he was using ppc to drive traffic to his site and they wanted to see some keywords and where they could find them. He told them he had stopped his campaigns as advised by them and gave them some keywords.

It also took about a month to go through this.

The Network quality team are the gestapo of Ebay. They ask for all this paperwork then close you anyway. As soon as you are contacted. Start planning your next venture or get a new EPN account.

That seems to be true. I don't know of anyone that has received that letter and kept their account.
