Ok, this is my advice: DON'T BUY ANY SHARED BOT. Soon it will be patched. Every day you will see "new youtube bot 100% working" and after few days "why the fuck not working now"
Try to find a developper and remember: you have to pay more

The effectiveness of the bot you'll buy depends on the budget you have! For 50-150$ you can buy a bot made with Ubot (very good software, I own it and I have automated various sites and youtube for almost 2 years) but this is not the best solution to automate youtube (is browser based automation and it is not handling cookies very well for youtube, even with the HTTP plugin it is not a good idea for youtube, you will burn your accounts and proxies fast and you will get many comments ghosted in the moment you post them) - all the yt bots on the market atm are made with ubot. For 150+$ you can have a bot made with .NET languages that use HTTPrequests, is lightning fast and proper handling the cookies. I have also seen a bot that is 250$ in some signature that is also made with ubot, that one will sell by the power of the price ) but is like any other made with ubot. Do not misunderstand me, ubot is THE BEST solution for fast web automation and browser automation but is not very effective for youtube, it will not comment on a video that is commented 2-3 times per second and then rate that comment so fast that will get to the top, if you manage to make it do so then it will not clear the cookies properly for yt and if you want to make big money with comment rating (like 1-2k/day) then this is the kind of videos you need to target (this is why a good comment rater is very expensive and made in a .net language or even in php).

YouTube has advanced protection; every comment you make is linked to a video viewing session, logging in requires executing some very complicated Javascript, etc. I believe that effectively botting it requires custom programming; a bot made in Ubot or Zenno would need to import some extra code.
