In 2011 September I completed my graduation and started providing article writing service. Things were good until 2012 November and I was making like $500 per month just working 4 hours a day. From 2012 November things really started to go bad. Therefore I decided to change my life style.
Currently I own 23 websites and not one of them are making me money. I just listed every website on my whiteboard and filtered the ones which had potential of ranking and the ability to earn some cash through affiliate marketing. See, I am looking to generate passive income and not to sell some service. If I am write, I can generate massive passive income.
3 sites promoting SAS (each promotes the same product which has an Exact search of approx 300)
2 sites promoting clickbank (both have approx 700 exact searches each and both fall into heavy competition )
2 sites promoting Amazon (one is heavy competition with 12k exact searches and the other is just general where I have decided to write on any damn topic and make some sale)
Before I can write my plan let me evaluate my strengths and weaknesses
Strengths:
I can research and write great content
I know SEO and had already ranked my article and guest blogging service on the first page in 2011 and 12
Good at guest blogging.
good at creating simple landing pages that convert
Weaknesses:
I need constant inspiration.
I sleep a lot
I give up easily on things
fear rejection and failure (I was planning to start a journey for the last 3 months but never had the guts to do it till now!)
eat a lot and eventually falling asleep and not working.
Okay, here is my daily plan. They are divided into three parts:
(I have made a commitment to do these things daily)
write 3 articles for sites promoting sas
write 1 article for site promoting CB (one is on WP and the other HTML and will be adding content only to WP)
write 4 article for site promoting amazon products. One article will go to the heavy competition site and other 3 articles will go to the general review sites (I will choose a random product from Amazon and construct a review)
Whenever possible I won't miss the chance to get backlinks. I am not sure how exactly I will gain backlinks but will update the same as I do.
P.S: Please don't tell me that it is too much work or something of that sort. But please do not hesitate to motivate me when I am not updating.
P.P.S: I won't be checking frequently with the affiliate network earnings as it might discourage me. So, I have decided to check the earnings only twice per month.
