Does anyone know when you can start to pre-order them?

GoDaddy won't say when the release date is for any of them. But you can login to your account and add the ones you are interested in to a watchlist and (I assume) they will email you when their out. They won't all be out at the same time.

I am wondering if they will go through the 4 month process of giving the people with registered business names first pick, then people with .com domains etc...

You can't pre-order any GTLDs yet. They have not even been assinged to any registrars, most companies will just collect your email and let you know when it is time.

Whoever has first pick has already had plenty of time, this isn't recent news you have even been able to add these to a watch list now for quite some time. I am sure the new tlds will start to roll out very soon.

im with windsor, not a TLD so while there may be some possibility to snag a decent domain i dont see them being worth all that much down the road.
