I think you might need more than one hosting company That is a pretty varied list of wants.

I use Hostgator for some of what you describe, GoDaddy for adult-related(VPS or dedicated and adult is OK with them), and TechEntrance and Hagio for proxies.

If you find something that isn't very expensive that allows everything on your list, I'd worry about whether they'll still be in business when you need them to be. Proxies and Adult are pretty specialized types of hosting, and throwing ponzis like HYIPS in there is even more specialized and rules out a lot of options.

I think you can save money by using more than one hosting company and also lessen your risk of sites going offline or getting out-right scammed by a hosting company.
