Get rid of blogger templates sample pages/categories/drop downs

I'm relatively new on blogger or blogspot.com
Anyway how do you get rid of these stupid drop downs etc? I've been looking for a solution but can't seem to find it for the past hour.

go on wordpress admin panel
and on settings you can add menus
i think you can create menus then submenus and those submenus will be considered drop downs

Did you even read this thread? I'm talking about blogger.The blogspot.com not wordpress.

Goto edit theme section > search for your navigation menu > update them manually
