No, we don't use SAPE but some russian sites we use can be listed in multiple networks, including the mother site, SAPE.
We found that those who protected themselves by pointing these links at tier 2 web 2.0s or press releases did far better than those who went directly for their money site.

I send you emails several time, but i didn't get a reply from you. I checked ahrefs and i don't see any links to my site, ZERO links.
Did you start my campaign? and you you don't answer my emails?

Update - After 9 days, my primary keyword has gone from 17 to 19 and my secondary keyword has gone from 11 to 13. I know that some bounce can be expected when adding high PR links, But I expect to see some improvement by now. I will post again in a week or so, hopefully with some remarkable improvements.

I never received an email from you, although I received a support ticket just recently. I was just getting round to answering it later today. Your order has started. You ordered on the 9th, but we usually wait 2 days before actually starting the order. This is the gap we give for clients who may want to cancel the order for any reason. Your links started dripping on the 12th so it has only been 3-4 days. Please be patient and give it a few more days before seeing the links pop up.

Again, your links were probably only started around the 10th as we do not work on the week-end.
Your links aren't even done yet so what you are seeing now happens to every client and its typical behaviour. Give it another week or 2 before seeing proper movement.

Yes, you can redirect to new URLs. That might be the best option.
Not every single client of ours has been affected. It's only around 5%. It's not just us - it's pretty much every other link seller on this forum selling SAPE or russian links too, and that's a fact.
The new orders we have are still going strong so there are no signs of rank drops from them.

the ranking for my website has dropped completely 30 to nowhere, I am already payed two month and the third month payment s coming. I am not sure whether I'll be continuing this or not as its getting very heavy at my end as we have not ranked yet I am really unhappy on the same.
Could you guys please look at it as the ranking potion panel is not showing me any thing after last 31st.
