Who here owns Scrapebox?

Hi, I have question for those who own Scrapebox, more specifically the link checker module.

Can you load and check backlinks which are https instead of http ?

I have tried the free link checker from here (which should be the same unless Scrapebox has a newer version) and whenever I load backlinks with https I get error 501.

Here's an example to test:

Since BHW isn't allowing to even type addresses please take Facebook's frontpage as the backlink and take any link from the footer homepage like Careers as the "site". Both of these should contain https


Hit check and report results. I'm debating whether to buy SB.

I have checked https links many times with SB and it works without any problem.

There is a new version actually, that just came out in the past week, its much faster and more efficient then the free one. As noted above, its worth its investment many times over.

use the newer version to be honest. Make sure to update scapebox frequently because they are always updating it. As the guy above me said, the newer version fixes the majority of your post.

Scrapebox is borderline a mandatory part of any IM'ers toolkit these days. Don't listen to those who think it's only for blog commenting lol, it has so many amazing unique addons and is one of the best scrapers out there too.
