I just purchased EasyEdu. I will test it later when I get home. If it's good, I will also purchase this one. I'm fairly new to SEO, so I'm hoping this will be easy to understand.

Just a question: do we still get updates on this? I'm afraid after a couple of months, it will stop working with no updates (sorry if this is such a newbie question).

Our bots like EasyEDU that you mentioned have static site lists, these get an update of the sites they run once per month for life for free (some have been getting for 3 years now). This is to make sure they stay good. With AutoLINK you create your own site lists (or just Google for lists already put together, also we put out some lists about once a month for cheap, like $5-$10 for a pack which has lists for all or most all platforms with fresh sites in them).

Because of this AutoLINK does not get a monthly update. However it DOES get updates as needed for functionality; if it needs a fix for a platform it gets it. Also note that two platforms have been added since it has been out for sale, if we add a new platform you'll get that update too. So yes, we will make sure it keeps working for you but no it does not get the sites updated each month - this is for people who want to make their own lists (maybe small niche specific ones or just .EDU/.GOV ones or maybe big lists of several thousand sites).

The modules still work, I use it from time to time (I hand create .EDU lists for OSX and MediaWiki platforms and use this for those probably once a month). The included lists are fairly dated at this point so you'll need to compile or scrape your own (really you'd want to anyways to get niche specific/authority sites to use).

I do still update it as needed, if a platform changes and I don't notice since I don't use it often just PM me and I'll fix and push out the update.
