Enhance views 301+ penalty

hello,

I uploaded the video to you tube and added views from enhance views after reading at BHW that they provide good views but my video struck at 301+ and almost 24 hours has passed. I added views very slowly to prevent penalty, like 120 a day but still cannot pass 301, before that I added views to another video from add me fast and my views get struck at 301+ even after two months.
What is the problem ? what is the good free service to add views ?

Being stuck at 299-301+ is natural, the + indicates that it actually more than 301. Just let it grow naturally and keep at it, your video is merely at the stage right now in which Youtube itself doesn't know how many views your video has. It will organically show the real view count in a day or so.

Now for the other video you have in which your views have been stuck, the way I generally get around the view blockade is by using refferal (ie: embedding the video). You can set an embedded Youtube video to autoplay on a blog post you have then just open that webpage from various IPs/instances etc. That generally should be enough to kick-start it along.
