Will I get in trouble for this?

Hello, I'm new to this forum and just a couple weeks ago my personal ebay and paypal account were banned for selling Vero items. I'm trying to restart my online business and start fresh with a new paypal and ebay account. (under family members name)

I sold name brand cell phone cases on my previous account which led to me getting banned 2 weeks in. On this new account, I want to start by just selling generic, non branded, basic cell phone cases and then adding more accessories to my store.. (Under 8 USD each) Before I do that, does anyone have any advice for me so I don't get limited again? I just want to make sure I'm not over looking any regulations eBay may have.

If I understand your question correctly, you mean have I registered my new ebay and paypal yet? No, not yet. I plan on making my first stealth account later today. Just needed some insight on if what I plan on doing will be okay because getting limited once has made me pretty paranoid.

I've heard from people that making the new account under a family members name is a bad idea. Is this true?

Why were you banned? Are Vero items illegal? I don't get it.

Not illegal but they were name brand items, which ebay is pretty strict about when you're a new seller.

You need to make sure to change your computer IPs, clear your cache, change systems if possible, make sure to remove all the tracks possible which may link back to your old account.
