As to your questions, here are the answers:

a) For the Basic package, you will get about 25 links or so on the first tier. So, 8 Web 2.0s, 5 document links, a couple of links from video sharing sites, and about 10 from social sharing sites (Tagged, Pinterest and the like!).

For the Plus, it's 15 links between 10 Web 2.0s and 5 blog posts, 10 document links, about 5 video shares, and about 15-20 social sharing sites.

The Web 2.0s and blog posts are all completely unique content, written from scratch, and relevant to your niche. We take good care while creating these. The video also has completely unique content, separate from the articles, and it's about 90 seconds or so. The documents, too, have totally unique content.

b) We submit to at least 3 sites for the Basic package and 5 for the Plus. It's submitted to quite a few more, but that's the number I can easily guarantee.
