Banned Facebook Ad account?

I have a FB account that is banned from CPC due to a billing issue. Has anyone had any success rectifying the issue? I'd love to PM someone about this.

99% of times, they respond with their shitty auto-response saying: "bla bla bla...and this decision is final!"

If youre running a card and there was a billing failure its cause visa thought it was fraud and blocked payment. From my experience when this happens you just need to attach a new card and the old one is fucked no matter what visa says about it being fixed. Get ahold of visa, or do like I did and have your bank rep get ahold of them, and tell them not to EVER block charges from facebook. very sternly, so the problem doesnt repeat itself.

Kind of an old thread but having some trouble finding it. I got disabled for advertising a niche against their policy a while ago, wasn't really thinking about it and wanted to just play around with facebook ads. Anyone know how to get my account unbanned or have the correct thread on it? I don't want to start a new one if one already exists
