It's almost 3 weeks and I have still not received my report. Please send report ASAP. Sent mail to support and no reply from them also.

I specifically asked for white labelled PDF report in every communication I had with your staff.. but you sent the report with your company name on it. Can you please resend the report? I have already dropped a mail to the support team 2 days ago and no reply from them yet.

I had PM'd you earlier asking for your custom logo and I received your response asking to go ahead without making any changes.. What you see in the report is the newswires logo and not ours. But yes, we could send you an excel report for you. PM sent already.
