why would you get banned? you need to provide more information... are you listing gigs that
violate their TOS? are you using the same email, maybe it's an ip problem...

I think you're putting copied content with links i.e you get banned from fiverr. Try to put unique content.

same here... but i did hear that people are getting banned for providing contact information like emails and other
similar things... fiverr doesn't want you to do business elsewhere...

If you're providing contact information just put that in a txt file and send an attachment.
If you're cloning gigs, just change the wording around and take different images.
If you're providing services that violate their TOS.. well... don't
