High Risk Merchant Account for Replicas?

I have a person in China who has access to lots of products, some good replicas too. They want to know a good merchant account. I did some digging to find something for them.

I found GSpay which seems popular, but have some complaints. I found that Wing Hang Bank, Bank Of China and Chronopay have been used on some other sites. Whats the best? You think these merchant accounts in places outside the west are fine to work with?

GSPAY stopped processing for replicas ages ago.

You should be willing to pay more than the usual fee if your wanting to process replicas , Chinese Banks will have a LOT of declines for USA customers because USA banks wont easily accept someone paying with their cards to China.

The other names which you took are also not openly accepting High Risk Business's until you go to them with some reference or some one from the inside.

Do they have any preference whether domestic or offshore? Maybe check out the little island off the coast of Africa, called Comoros. I know many people who have been successful there

I am looking for a merchant account for pharma.. I had one set up with Asiapay and then they are suddenly going through an internal investigation indefinitely and do not know when they can start up again. I just want to get a new one set up as quick as possible
