Finally got my report, don't really know what to say

only received 250 views on my video when promised 10,000...
When I clicked on the backlinks tab in the report sheet there is zero links, just a wordpress blog with the video containing zero baclinks..

ran a backlink checker on the video and nothing also, just a few fb shares etc..

Also they claimed my video is ranking 8th on youtube for the KW yet it's a completely different youtube video to mine...LMAO, please dpn't say you guys have been adding backlinks to the wrong video..

I don't know if this is still a work in progress but I doubt it as I reeceived my report with everything checked as being "Done" which clearly 70% of the work is not

Your views are stuck at 301 and will update soon, am checking about the other items you have problems with and will report shortly.

edit: OK it seems we had some communication issues, your first video which you gave got deleted and then you gave another video which my team is working on, the report guy didn't check it before sending which is a mistake on his part, the reports will be corrected shortly. Just wait for the ETA to finish which is 7 days after the work started on new video.

I have a video on YouTube that is ranking #6 on YouTube search and #20 on Google search for the main keyword. Do you think you can improve upon this on YouTube AND Google search?
 
Anyone able to provide me a KW research service - I know what my business can provide, and I know what I want to achieve, I just need some professional help ranking KW that will bring traffic, that I could actually infiltrate (especially local terms) - please PM me if anyone can help. I suggest you to extend the TAT from 10,15,21 to 15,25,30 days respectively. And also mention that you will do all the work in working days or you work 24x7. So, that you will be easily able to rank videos and also the comments will not go spam. I have seen your comments are getting spam so hope you will think of my suggestion. Please don't mind.

Review

I ordered this service back 8/26. I got my report on 9/9 so about 18 days in between. Well let me just say that the service works and incredibly well! On 9/9 the video was ranking 8th in google on the first page. Today the video is #4! Keyword was only around ~500 monthly searches but it is a buyer keyword that has already gotten me sales. My site is ranking on the second page for the same keyword, so the video has completely overtook me, in less than 1/5 the time my site has been around ranking for the term.

Quality of Video: 8/10 For what it is worth it is a simple Animoto type video, 1:58 seconds long. It is good and I cannot complain for the price. I was not expecting any kind of animated professional sales copy vid so for the price what you are getting is top quality. The music choice is nice and the video featured pictures taken from the site I was using the video for, as well as some text. It was clearly looked into and the words and photos were used properly and convey the message that the site should be checked out as it contains good information / products on the subject.

Turn Around Time: 7/10 I guess you could say this is something you can't rush and that is true. I have to say though, I am a very impatient guy and I wasn't really expecting anything out of this. Just a quick video that would be in youtube to help drive a tiny bit more traffic to the site. Overall though this was a good turn around time for the video creation, comments, backlinking and what not.

Communication: 10/10 I got updates every step of the way. I even got my updates than I needed, one of which they told me to disregard as they were just letting me know that my order was being worked on. I didn't have to send any emails to them asking what the status was, when to expect the work to be done or anything, they did that all for me. I am sure if I did the response time would be just as top notch.

Report: 10/10 I didn't see how detailed it was at first but after shooting a quick email (answered within 10 minutes) I soon found out everything I needed including the credentials backlinks etc were all included. One of the main web 2.0's (google's go figure) was deleted however (had about 3.2k backlinks), my rankings have still improved without this property though. Here's hoping they stay and don't drop!

Overall: 9/10 I got WAYYY more than I paid for. The video is ranked first page and already bringing in traffic so I am more than pleased and plan on making another order soon!

Also to note as a bonus, I got some VERY nice lookin web 2.0 sites pointing back to my money site that is linked in the video description! Decent content and quality photos, titles and tags used. ;)

Sure, I will ask my team if this helps. Normally clients see ranking after a week of the ETA of the order. So its 7 days plus the ETA anyways.
