You cant sign up on commision junction?

hey guys I just found a good offer with a good keyword to target.
I tried to sign up to the affiliate program but they redirect to commision junction.
But I can only sign up as a publisher not as an advertiser....

Am I missing something or just blind?

LOL, why you can't OP?
Just sign up as an affiliate/publisher, the advertiser is the one with the product (seller/merchant).
They accept everyone...
