Need Some Help with My Site

Hi there guys,

I have a ecommerce site right now that gets between 1000-2000 visits per day. But my conversion rate is about .5% which is terrible. I've followed some steps to improve it but I'm not sure what the problem is. It is a site that sells targeted traffic to people at a low price (not as low as fiverr, but pretty low). The design isn't bad either I got a premium theme for wordpress woothemes and I'm using the woocommerce plugin as well. The colors are all okay, not too distracting but just enough in certain areas to pull in viewers where I want them.

I'm just wondering if you guys would know areas that I could fix, or if you've had similar problems with low converting ecommerce sites.

I'm not sure that would work. I have enough traffic, I just think its the wrong kind of traffic because it isnt converting.

I get my traffic from links I've built over time. I do go onto PTC services that offer 'number' of clicks for 'price' and if my price is lower I advertise on their site. But hardly get sales, you'd think it would be more sales from those sites since my prices are lower, but I guess they just use their own clicks to advertise.
