Good for her... but honestly? Stories like this always strike me as some sort of marketing ploy... "gain 20 pounds in 2 weeks" or "loose those extra 10 pounds overnight" blabla...

There's no trick to her diet anyway! It's just a fat&protein diet that leaves out the carbs... what the long term issues with that kind of diet could be is unknown! But then again, it's healthier than binge&puke cycles
