[METHOD] How to find old delete blogspots with high PR

Great share. But I am sorry if I sound stupid. What happens after you register the blogs with high pr? How are you going to make money? Does the high pr help you in generating traffic?

Please someone clarify.

stable process. put in 60 minutes checking blogsites within my niche. located 50 internet sites together with PR1-3 although them all can not be signed up yet.

Is there any link checker for .txt files containing a lot URLs like this?

Nice share! Searched around for 2 hours, managed to find some PR 1, 2 & 3 but didn't manage to find one I can register now.

Really Tested this Method - Results

I didn't test it in the way the OP describes, as it's crazy to do something that is that repetitive when there are just so many readily available tools for automating it. I used scrapebox to do everything done in the OP 'en masse. So while I did exactly what the OP says to do in how URLs are gathered (where they come from), all gathering/testing was done in an automated fashion.

I wanted to see just how viable this could be for snagging some blogs that already had PR. Fired up scrapebox, and here were my results (this took about an hour and a half, with me only having to actually "interact" and do something for a total of about 15 minutes...the other hour and fifteen minutes were just waiting while SB did it's thing). Numbers are rounded to the nearest 1,000:

  • Scraped 30,000 blogger.com profiles from google

  • Extracted 294,000 URLs from those 30,000 blogger.com profiles
  • Of those 294,000 URLs extracted from the blogger profiles, there were 193,000 unique "something.blogspot.com" URLs
  • Of those 193,000 blogspot.com URLs, a total of 18,000 were either set to private, deleted or deleted & able to be registered
  • Of those 18,000 a total of 8,000 were deleted
  • Of those 8,000 that were deleted, 1,100 had a pagerank of 1 or higher (highest was 6)
  • Of those 1,100 that had a pagerank of 1 or higher 18 of them were available for registration immediately (highest was PR 4)

  • So out of 193,000 blogspot.com URLs gathered in a random fashion, 4% were deleted but not able to be registered
  • So out of 193,000 blogspot.com URLs gathered in a random fashion, 0.5% were deleted with a PR of 1 or higher
  • So out of 193,000 blogspot.com URLs gathered in a random fashion, 0.009% were deleted with a PR of 1 or higher and were able to be registered immediately

All files created during this test can be downloaded here:

It contains the following text files:

all extracted links from blogger profiles.txt
alive blogspot.txt
dead blogspot.txt
deleted with PR 1 or higher - PR attached.txt
Able to be registered - PR 1 or higher.txt

Somebody please answer me. What happens after you register the high pr blogs?

May I know how you check available for registration use ScrapeBox? Thanks in advance..:)

Awesome crazyflx! I've been doing something similar with scrapebox, except I'm not sure how you can check whether or not a blog is available for registration automatically. I was going through lists of dead blogs and checking them manually... really time consuming!

Merry Christmas!

Here's some PR 1 ready to be registered.

Very generous of you pollaris75 :) If you're using scrapebox to find these, would you care to share how you use it to determine if a blog is available to be registered? I can do the rest (find blogspots, check if they are dead, check their pr) but then I'm stuck weeding through them by hand.

Thanks for the method
but it seems very hit and miss

I wont be using these so why not post them here. :)
No, I'm not using scrapebox to determine if blog is available.

Thnx for testing the method.

Yes it is true that we can make the process simpler with bots and other programs but I purposely wrote the method like this so even the other user that don't own scrapebox can benefit from it.

Cheers
