OP, I'd suggest you to build your own list and relation with them for a long run. I know it'll takes time but trust me it'll worth your time.

How about I provide a technique to get all these free? I used to own executiveemployment.com (Which I sold on flippa) But previous to that I co-owned a large scale recruiting agency. Part of this was providing leads to the recruiters. My favorite way of gathering leads is to setup linkedin accounts. In these I would take a discipline. Such as I was looking for"electrical Engineers" I would say that I was an electrical engineer in the past and then currently a recruiter. What would happen is Electrical engineers would msg me on Linked in requesting jobs and ask me for advice etc..


I would research the jobs and find the highest yielding area of "electrical engineers" focus one account per an area. I now get 100s of msgs per day for each account.
