Okay, so now that you've seen the overview of what this software does..>I DO NOT WANT THIS PARTICULAR SOFTWARE!!

I want to know if there is a software that is similar BUT NOT necessarily focused on just real estate?

I want a software that will.........

1. Allow me to create flyers from templates/upload various Affiliate Banners, add meta tags, and my affiliate links.
2. Blast the flyer/curated content with appropriate tagging to MY websites I can add to the software, and/or to Specific Forums, Classified Sites, etc.

This is a GYST of what I am looking for...possibly something already exists...OR I am open to hearing other people's ideas built off of this, and I will end up having a software developer put it together. I could see this being pretty powerful...kind of like an Xrumer, but not.

Yeah after I got done with that posting I was looking around and saw Zenno Poster. I am going to have to look into that more...would still love some more input from others.

I have done something simillar with WP. Just create a few post/page/category/costum_post/whatever templates and get a addon to manage costum fields and echo the information needed in the template.
It's possiable to create another costum_post to manage your banner and links so you just would have to chose the banners/links/both from a drop down menu. Aswell adding a text field/taxonomy for tags.
