[WTB] VCC for my paypal account

Hi,

i want to buy one virtual credit card for my paypal account. Account is from singapore. I want to use that vcc to withdraw money into that from my paypal account and later i can make purchases with that vcc.


let me know if anyone can provide such vcc.

EDIT: please do not suggest me payoneer as they don't provide their services in my country..

singapore paypal dont have the option to withdraw funds to credit card, so you cannot use vcc in them. please check the following link to select the country which have credit card withdrawal option and then you can buy vcc
