Yes, you can split minimum of 5000 views for each video. At the same time, these minimum 5000 is not possible for some hard countries.

$12/10k is for Geo targeted high retention views (90 - 100%). The worldwide high retention views starts from$9.99/10k. (90 - 100%)

Its a source of traffic from where your video receive the views.

No need, if you need different sources other than facebook, your video needs to be 7 days old.
