hi there Taktical,

way way earlier this year i have ever used VitaRank service through Georgebg (early January to February). Result honestly wasnt very satisfying but maybe also because i had bad link neighborhood before i used vitarank. hit by penguin, panda, whatever and never truly got my rankings back. im still pretty sure my affiliate site was hit hard by the links that i bought from those so-called high PR blog networks lol. Basically i have been "vacuum" from SEO business for many months and now ready to get back as I have some "serious" money that i made from offline venture.

so fast forward today. Im very interested in getting back to SEO game again but i need to know if it's all will be worth it. I do not care about most SEO services out there, cheap or not, most of them never worked. I only look at several services that offer truly diversified link networks with some reputable members that i can trust. You are one of those very few SEO services that i ever truly consider. So here i am, writing to you.

1. i know SEO is a very dynamic business. I was doing manual SEO by myself for many years before i got distracted and then chose to outsource starting in 2011-12. So i know how ugly it can be when panda/penguin/whatever came and suddenly our #1 ranking went to #30 or even outside top 100. I mean algorithm changes all the time and that's why i have doubts about what SEO service i can rely on. I have looked at your VitaRank latest offering, and wondering why you offer FB Likes, Retweets, etc. I mean i know social signals is part of todays'SEO but as far as I know 99% of SEO services, when they offer such social signals, are only using twitter software and dont you think it's not reliable? I know nothing is 100% future proof, even conventional business like restaurant is not future proof, but the point is google change algorithm aggressively and I have a feeling they might know about social signals being sent by "fake accounts" sooner or later, right?

2. Are you offering refund if let's say i only use your service for 6 months and i dont see a ranking at all in top 10? Of course eventually it all depends on the keyword i know but let's say for example we have agreement by using "x" package you are 100% sure you can help my site to rank in top 10 in x months, that kind of thing

3. the 1st tier link, are they manually submitted and created? Im not a very big fan of automatic tools especially for tier 1 links

4. Do you think it's wise to use any SEO service (including vitarank) for affiliate site or these days only real original site can rank well for long run (real merchant and not affiliate site)?

Sorry to hear about your troubles with vita rank in the past, rest assure that this new package is completely different from what was being sold before. In the past by vita rank was more of a spammy link package type of thing today it's more of a full manual service.

How quick can someone expect to see good results when using vitarank? Would you suggest using Social Signifier for the first month or two and then using Vitarank? The reason is so I can tell the client "hey ill do your seo and you dont have to pay anything until you see rankings taking place". This way they can see the value in it. I could choose the basic social signifier package to get better rankings the first month (only $20) and prove to them I can do it. Then sign them on a 12 month contract using Vitarank. They should see results in a couple of weeks. Depending on the keyword, they may see first page results in a few weeks of starting as well.

Just wondering when you're gonna have all your bugs ironed out, I'd like to place another order but you guys have fallen way behind on all of my other campaigns and your support team keeps on saying don't worry we'll complete all orders, however the problem now is that you are taking pre-authorised payments for concurrent months without completing previous months

I've got campaigns that have gone into the 4 month however you have not even completed month 2.... quite honestly this is ridiculous and unacceptable.... you need to make rectification.

I'm not one to complain but quite frankly I have gone back and forth with your support team long enough... you keep on saying don't worry, but the work never gets done

I'm not asking for anything more than what I have paid for.... I just want what I paid for !

Yea, we grew too fast and some parts of the service fell behind. Our service has 20 separate parts, and sometimes one or two of them can fall behind. In this case, we had article writers fall behind and our tier 2 system was malfunctioning for a few weeks.

We have since fixed everything and are working on the stuff we're behind on simultaneously to catch up (we can't go too fast, we wouldn't want to put your site in danger).

Just a suggestion.... when these things happen why not contact your customers and let them know.... that kind of communication goes a long way toward releiving the frustration of not knowing what is going on.

Going back and forth with support for a month just leads to more frustration and anger... which ultimately leads to posting negative comments in this thread (I'm not the first)

I have 4 campaigns that are all behind so I will shoot you that email and let you see for yourself (although this seems redundant as I have been back and forth with support for a month, so you Guys should be well aware of my campaigns by now?

If you recall, one campaign got so far behind that I even cancelled my automatic subscription untill you catch up, which you still have NOT done.

Anyway, sorry to rant but yea, I am frustrated!

As an offline business owner I know the importance of complete customer satisfaction, when things go wrong at my end the customer is ALWAYS compensated.... it's unfortunate that things don't always go as planned but it should never be at a customer's expence, it's not their fault and thery should always get what they paid for including timely delivery!

We issue refunds whenever we have customers with justifiable complaints. But you have ignored REPEATED requests from us to fix your website. Your site is an absolute mess, there is no way it would ever rank for the keywords you are going for. You dont use keywords in your titles, headers, urls. You have duplicate content penalties as well. You aren't even trying.
