Geting banned from google challenge

How do I get my site fast from google index (that's easy)... but without changing the site at all.
Remember, it need to be fast...

well, didn't think of that... but that could be an idea.
I'm talking about some that wrote lies about me.
It's easy to get better ranking but to get 10 results got get him to the second page looks too much... I'm thinking it's better to try to remove him.

I thought I'll get much more responds.

I don't think there is really anyway to remove them if they are not new or not cloaking or something so that you can report them for it.

If they are new, you can pretty much just ping there internal pages with all the google ping services each 5 minutes.
or build massive amount of links to them.

But if the page has age then none of those things will work.
