We structured the guarantee this way to provide some type of piece of mind.

If we worded it any other way ridiculous keywords like "insurance and porn" would be sent to us to rank page 1 guaranteed in x time period.

Some keywords take a year - and we cannot mitigate the risks on our end if someone brings us a site with shitty on page SEO and thin content.

With that said we are always aiming for top 3. 99 is not good enough and you'll certainly notice the linkbuilding we are doing via reporting to you will have much more significant impact on rankings.
