Cheap hosting for a video streaming site

Hi, I want to start a video streaming website like full movie viewers can watch them online. Video files will be uploaded on a different server but will be played on the Flash player of my website I need a good server which can handle a website like this and won't go down when the traffic is high about 9-10K viewers sometimes. Can you suggest me a server which could fulfill my requirements? It should be cheap. Also could you help me out finding a good website or something to host my videos? I've tried videobam but the videos can't be played most of the time.

for this kind f streaming side better buy a good VPS you will get better uptime and faster speed, then shared hosting

If content is copyrighted, you will have to shell out a ton of $$$ as an offshore host is more expensive than the avg host.
But if it is original content, I would stick with hostgator on a shared host and upload your videos there. As they have unlimited disk space, you won't hae any problem at all with them.

royserpa their offshore VPS package allows Warez so I don't think it's against their TOS and also I can't open their TOS page so I don't know much.

Also which domain name registrar should I use? If I use a normal one and there are some legal steps taken then probably the registrar will stop the domain name from pointing to the server I would use. Which domain name registrar would you suggest for this kind of website?

who said that he is breaking my TOS, did you read my TOS? am allowing to host all kind of copyright content, my Servers are located in Russia and am providing DMCA ignored hosting.

you can use NameCheap, I have never got any issue with them, but if you are using the domains for spamming or phishing or if your domain is listed on DBL, then they will lock the domain, other wise normally Name Cheap never gives any issues, copyright content has problem always with the Data Centers not with the registrar
