I use seedhost . eu
for 7 euro/month shared seedbox I get:
100GB DISK
10Gbps download speed
1Gbps upload speed
2TB monthly traffic
Its shared so sometimes the other guys are squeezing the UpSpeed but I constantly see UpSpeed over 500kb/s for atleast 10 torrents. The coolest thing about seedbox is that it sets you pc free.

(expect to spend about $7 here for 2 $3.5 plans to download about 20-30 gb is my guess because the sites traffic counter is off. Site is in beta but kind high but if you got 20-30gb to download many torrents the price isnt' bad.
I prefer hive.im, free unlimited amount of space, but it only works on movies for torrents, you can store anything on here its kinda of like a media locker to share with friends. I add movie torrents which chances are someone else has downloaded it before so you don't have to wait, and it has built in streaming thru the app but for free users it only streams at 240p.
If you feel like paying it is $3 a month for hd streaming,offline syncing, and faster downloads if it even needs to download, out of 5 movies i have downloaded thru it it only had to get 1 movie and that was because it was korean, it did download pretty fast, and you can also download content from your drive free of charge at around 900kb a second for me.
