Hi,

I am new here... well I am new to being active here (hopefully), because I registered my account quite a while back and just stayed passive all this time.

But now I am more active here, because I have a BIG problem, which I want to solve. And my BIG problem is that although I have the knowlegde and resources to build awesome websites, monetize them and be happy, I just simply don't know where to START. I know other people check the news, get some ideas and then check some keywords with the keyword planer and do that as their daily routine and then eventually find some nice topics ... and well I have done that but I just cannot get any ideas whatsoever.

Its funny, if you give me a project to work on, I am so creative, I will have thousands of good ideas what to do next with it in no time, but I just can't find a project on my own. Sounds crazy ? yes maybe .. but now I am here to seek help and learn to hopefully get over my problem.

So thats me and please feel free to post advice below, if you have any xD

Your problem is you are letting too many things give you a reason to not start.
Its better to fail on your first try then not try at all

Hi,

thank you for your answer, and I actually do think that it is part of the problem, when I try to do a project, I always try to keep it more or less useful to people, since I don't just wanna monetize spammy crappy stuff.
Some other thing is that when I find a topic which I consider "good" based on adwords/competition etc. I always find that it is completely impracticable to do .. like selling specific seedlings/plants .. while it may be a very good niche competition-wise and will also have quite a good amount of (local)searches, it is ridiculous to even consider doing that and totally impracticable to set up a information+shop website for that since it is kinda the completely wrong industry.

Some advice:

* Pick 1 project, force yourself to work on it until it is "finished" (can make a profit).
* Write down the steps you need to complete and check them off.
* Schedule out time just for work.
* Get addons to your browser to block out time-wasting sites, especially while working.

Hey,

looks like you already got some advice about ways to earn & how you should start.

Remains to just wish you best of luck in your money making journey... Keep it up, man! :34:

Hi,
thanks, but the main diffucult is actually picking a project ... not finishing it.

I hate to start over too. I am actually not doing anything at all and I feel really bad about it. But I find it that after you start and BAM it gets easier as long as you don't overwork yourself. Watch some motivational videos at Youtube . They work wonders :)

Choose a topic you love and get going. What are your hobbies? Whatever topic you enjoy most is where you need to focus your energy and start a website on it.

Hi,
thanks, but the main diffucult is actually picking a project ... not finishing it.

Make a list of your projects you would like to finish
Pick the easiest and quickest one
Dedicate yourself to completing it
Cross it off your list
Move on to the next

Hopefully this works for you. Completing a task, even small ones can give you a sense of accomplishment and motivate you to work on the others. DO NOT come up with a reason to not do the easiest task. Like its too simple or easy.
Now get to work *whip*
