Why you ignore my email, I've sent you email many times asking about the process. You always not reply me. I'm not to be rude, but i was ordered your service since March 12th. Now it's September 6th, It's been 6 months past. and you said the card will be estimated to arrive between 8th August and 15th August. I still don't receive anything from my post office. I've went to asked post office about my mail, They said nothing was sent to me.

Please let me know what is the problem.
