I bought your yahoo answer and now I am changing to a new PC, I sent several letters telling you my Paypal transaction details so that you can help me activate the software on my new PC, but I never got a reply from your end here? I even send letters through your site but never got a reply!!! Do you have a customer service there?

Hello guys. Sorry for not catching up on BHW lately. The product is still active. Currently we are having issues with Answer Assault, mainly with the account creation process, that have yet to be ironed out to the extent where I feel good about releasing an update. We were close to a release once but Yahoo has made additional changes that has pushed back any new release.
I have not been actively promoting the software until I get something I actually feel great about promoting, thus my lack of attention to BHW. I've also (of all things) been approached about running for a political office. That, added to the daily demands of my main business has slowed things down quite a bit.
For now Answer Swipe seems to be the less buggy of the two software lines.
I have, more than once, considered consolidating these products into one product line. They do pretty much the same thing and I never fully understood why they were separated to begin with. If anyone has an opinion I'd be happy to listen.

how has the new yahoo answers features affect the two softwares? I'm thinking about getting one of them but still not sure whether it works with the new yahoo answers features.

I am planning to get a software for yahoo answers but will chill first until when this drama is sort out.

Good to know that you're working on updating this~
And please do consolidate the 2 software together! We already discussed why previous devs have create Answer Swipe (they claimed it was to give people a good software while they were creating AA v2.0).
We here on BHW...considered that to be a lame excuse and bad biz move!
But the software worked fine...
Does Answer Assault work with new Yahoo Answers design? And can someone send me Answer Assault file, I have Serial Key. [email protected]
