it depends on what you are registering with those credit cards. Some companies blacklist vcc, some blacklist prepaid, you should have a look at pofigys service, if that helps.

Okay i think sense this is under the eBay tag he might also want the option to withdraw money from the card.
VCC work well for making an account like Paypal because then they can't go freeze happy unless they lets say have other real info.
Prepaid kinda become a pay unless it just buying stuff online not trying to put money on from selling stuff.
(I HAVEN'T FOUND A SOLUTION YET EITHER FOR SOMETHING TO WORK WELL FOR MY BUSINESS)

Depends on what you want to do with the cards. With a VCC you can make purchases normally one time or use them
for verification. Depending on who you buy them from you can reload them but this is rare. If you just want to shop all you need
is a preloaded card like greendot.
