How many backlinks it does have???

The domain don't have drop.

The domain have in ahrefs 198 backlinks from 68 domains including links from Governmental and Educational.

But the domain have many links with high pr, including from this domain www . llrx . com, in rapidly verification, from this site have 5 link, don't is comments, all is PR3~PR5

Verifying in google info:domain, show the correct domain, don't is redirect.

In prchecker . info show "Valid PR".

Where else can I check?

check how many drops it have and also check semrush for backlinks, it may have some nasty hidden backlinks that will burry you.
21 years old dropped domain..... even with no pr i would buy for that price, but check if it have been sandboxed, if not, dont mind if its pr 8 or pr5, go buy it.

If it sounds to good to be true, it's too good to be true.

Isn't there a way to prove the fraud by finding the high-PR 301 redirect? I think I read about how to do it once, here, but have forgotten it.

100%. People keep posting about finding PR8 domains with super low Domain Authority, Citations Flow and Trust Flow. It just doesn't work that way. It's fake.
