Stealth Paypal negative balance question!

I don't suggest running away with others money, if you are no guilt try to resolve the issue with the buyer or give his money back.

I also agree, but when its someone trying to scam me and file a complaint for a damaged item which was perfectly fine, I won't have guilt for them.

If they scammed you as a seller and i know the feeling then screw that paypal account.It is stealth anyway they cant trace you so actually in this case paypal takes the hit not the buyer , not you.

I got screwed big time and owe Paypal $4,000 I live in the U.S. but all my information was stealth. Nothing is real from name to number. They dont have my social number. Never used my real ip address neither. I dont plan on paying them back because I was scammed. My question is would Paypal dig deep in to your bank account to find out who you really are? Or by law they cant?
