Error while using BHW

Whenever i use bhw i get an error .Here is the snapshot of it.I Just wanted to know am i the only one facing this or others are having this issue as well

i'm pretty sure it's a cookie problem... go to your browser settings and delete all the BHW cookies...
you'll need to re - enter your username and password but it should fix the problem, it worked for me...
try to see if the site works with a different browser... that should be a good indicator that you have a bad cookie...

i cleared cookies and temp files and everything still having the same issue.

Unfortunately just got same error few minutes ago after loging into my bhw account.

Still seeing the error OP posted in his screen shot - takes a few times for the page to load...even after clearing cookies
