Youtube Veryfing Views

I dont know if they did it before but it seems like youtube is verifing the views of videos, this is an example

if you hover over the views section it will tell you that views are being verified and will be posted soon.

So i wonder about if this is affecting those who buy views?

Ive never paid attention to that and i dont use vagex etc anymore so i dont sweat the 301 stick ill watch on the next one i pump and see if it says the same

I don't see any bad if you tube verifying the view. but it sounds crazy if you tube remove your video without reason. and it happens always.
