i know you are asking for media buy but try trafficfactory too, i tested it when i was doing adult dating offers from adsimilis, and it worked for me.

i did it 2-3 months back at that time they were asking for $300 upfront deposit, so if you have low budget then you could avoid trafficfactory and work with fb ads too , i didnt made profitable campaign on fb for adult dating but i have seen people use it in dating niche too. so good luck hope it helps you
