Basically you want to use what the scammers are using, so that includes western union, webmoney, and other e currencies which can be used to buy webmoney.

Somebody used Perfect Money ?I read they are already under goverments radar.
I dont need to use scammers solutions but i need something chargeback free as once selling automated high priced digital products it can get out of controll if i will get fake chargebacks.Somebody could buy 100 licenses which costs $10.000 resell them and file at the end a chargeback

Ain't that the truth...Chargebacks are the biggest problem I have...a constant battle and source of stress. Seems no matter what we do here to reduce chargebacks it never makes a difference.
The CC companies allow only 1% chargeback ratio for online business, which is same for brick and mortar...B&M has the advantage of "Card-in-hand", which GREATLY reduces risk of chargebacks. Online, we have NOTHING!!! Fraud is rampant and we are left to sweat it out every month hoping CB ratio is not too high...I would love to find a processor that could/would be chargeback free!

webmoney and I know so far, there has no charge back in moneybookers( skrill)
I use Skrill through one of my processors...many chargebacks there. They are for high-risk so it makes it a little easier however, people do not know the name so they are not very trusted. As a result I see a decline in sales when using them.
It's all just a "balancing" drill. You have to take the good with the bad. It sucks!
