I tried sape.ru but couldn't find where to buy links...I can't read Russian. All I found was how to resell...I couldn't locate where to "buy" links.

There has been a little turmoil in the world of Sape recently.

I'm not saying don't buy, that would be silly and exactly what Matt Cutts would like. Perhaps leave it a month or two, gauge the full extend of Google's latest push over the top and you can make a better judgement.

This advice is based on you being a newbie with relatively modest resources. Obviously if your churning websites over and have decent cash reserves then just go for it. Many thousands of Sape sites are still ranking happily.

Is there any tiered building you could get on with in the meantime?

if you hire a service ..... pay attension that they dont add the links to fast. like 100 in a day.
