Many of our clients have pointed this directly at their money sites and reported seeing positive movement. The only reason why I recommend to point this at your tier 1 links rather than directly to your site is because our campaign includes PR 0 links and uses highly spun content (which is properly unique but not that readable). The combination of the 2 MIGHT cause a penalty down the road even tho it's unlikely.
Other than that, there's so much diversity and drip feeding in this package that it hits big G right where it should. What's even more, I add some extra anchor text diversity to each campaign pointed directly at a money site to make sure it's as risk-free as possible.
If some other link provider sold this package it would probably be marketed as "100% safe" for everything but I like to encourage people to use it in a way that is actually 100% safe and that's pointing it at your (hopefully high-qulity) tier 1 links.
Bottom line is, as long as warn me that you're pointing it directly to your money site, you should be fine as I'll customize the campaign to fit your site.
