I see, well I have a limited USA paypal, it says the limitation can no longer be appealed.
However I have the ability to withdraw my funds, hence why I needed an operating virtual bank
Do you have any solution for this? I need to withdraw it to a bank and then transfer the money to myself

I need help to verify my Australian Paypal. Just few days ago by mistake i logged into the account from different IP. Than Paypal asked me to change my Password and Security Questions Answers. I did change both. But now they are asking me to add Credit Card. I've some money there. So i want to verify it so i can use the money. So, is it possible for you to help me on this?

So, if you can help me, please help and let me know how much i've to pay for it, though i cant pay a lot.
