I don't know precisely what you'd need it to do, but I'm guessing just loading Youtube accounts, go to a URL, like the comment, log out, log in to the next one, and repeat? That's not too hard. Just use the 'web form filling' demo for a little guideline.

Unfortunately it's a little more complicated than that.
What about cache/cookies?
What about proxy support?
What about the fact that imacros recorder can't find the right comment and you need to code it manually?
All of these things are possible to do if you spend time learning and testing. I know because I've done it.
