How do you get links to stick in YT comments?

I had an idea I wanted to test on YT and tried to put a link in a comment. No matter what url shortener I used, I get this

Really? I have started commenting recently and it works fine for me. Dont put the http stuff at the begining AND put a forward slash instead of a backslash. Like this: bit.ly\linkhere I found that making it a forward slash got me through the filter. If you are already doing that ignore what I said!

Few methods:

Get rid of http slash slash
Use (dot) com
Use unicode ".com" chars
Both goo.gl and bit.ly works
Use \ (backward slash) after domain.

These are just a few.
