Help needed for ebay and paypal stealth accounts

I am new member and hope to have my questions answered.
I have registered just because I need help in stealth accounts.
Yes, I know that the internet is full of information but in most cases it is out of date or it is wrong.
I live in Eastern Europe if that make any difference in making stealth accounts.
I have a good knowledge in hardware/software/network of the pc.

For ebay and paypal stealth

1.create new user cp
2.change ip every time you log from one user cp to another as they can track you by ip address
3. create new email with fake personal information
4.create new ebay and paypal account with those fake information same as in email
5.verify paypal with avs vcc, virtual credit card that can pass address verification system so that you won't have problem with future transactions
6. if needed confirm phone on ebay with call forwarding service
7.clean cookies from browser settings and also flash cookies with ccleaner , as they can track you with cookies

Tips advices
in some countries it is required for paypal verification to link a bank account so use vba , virtual bank account
never login to same paypal/ebay account with the same ip and from same user cp
start selling non vero low value items slowly so you don't get limited

By new user cp i mean go to control panel of your windows and create a new user account , that user account will be used solely for the purpose of your new ebay and paypal account only.If you need anything else you can ask me , i suggest you though getting the ebay stealth book it will help you a lot with the details of stealth

Honestly it's worth money, and Haki_master is right. Although he did pretty much layout what you need to make a brand new account, so I would take his advice! Its best to make a new user cp because then you don't have to take time cleaning out all the cookies, and flash they use to track your computer, and then you end up missing one!

How to withdraw my money from stealth paypal?
On paypal it is not allowed to have bank account from my country.
Will I have to withdraw the money to avs vcc and is this possible?
And then I just go to atm, or...?
If so where to find avs vcc?

just put a bank account on the paypal..as paypal cannot see your banking info

Hello, I still need help in making stealth accounts...
The biggest problem for me is withdrawing money from paypal.
