I have been really unsuccessful with changing my IP and this is the only barrier that keeps me from starting to sell again. Please help! Exactly what you did to change your IP. Please!

  1. Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).
  2. Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
  3. Shut down computer.
  4. Turn off computer.
  5. Turn off all ethernet hubs/switches.
  6. Turn off cable/DSL modem.
  7. Leave off overnight.
  8. Turn everything back on.
For networks using a Router


  1. Log into the routers admin console
  2. Release the IP address (method varies by router manufacturer)
  3. Turn off router, ethernet hubs/switches, and the cable/DSL modem
  4. Leave off overnight
  5. Next day, turn everything back on
If you are using a cable/DSL modem and a router, you may wish to connect your computer directly to the cable/DSL modem. Please note that this could significantly impact your system security.If you have a router and you're still not having any luck, check to see if there is a "Clone MAC Address" option. Using it should change your IP address; however, in most cases you'll only be able to do it once.


However I just use tethering through my phone because I am running many accounts at one time. This allows me to get a new ip address each time I connect! :D

I have a problem with paypal. It won't take my debit card no in add bank account field. :(

I dont want a give me because you still have not answered the real question.

Maybe it is because you do not know the answer.

One more time and I will go slow so you will understand it.

This is "not" about ebay, it is about paypal and paypal only.

With your so called skills you should be answering the question. Its your thread and you said you were here to help but when the tough questions come along you go on the attack.

Now answer the question so I can actually believe you know the true answer.

How do you confirmed location on a paypal account?

Do not freakin answer tracfone as it will not work for paypal. One more time, it is not about ebay and only about paypal.

Your the one with the odd attitude, when someone corners you and you dont know the answer you have to resort to the attack mode.

Waiting on the answer to the question.

HINT- it is not tracfone as it wont work, it is paypal location confirmation only. How do you do this without using a landline phone? Answer??

First of all the debit card goes into the credit card field, not the bank account field.
Bank accounts will be two sets of numbers you have to add.
Debit card will be a different group of numbers and not two different fields like a bank account has a routing and bank number.

Again... there is no "attack" mode. I honestly don't like helping people like you... rude people, that think my information is owed to you. Saying things like "Now answer the question..." I love it lol !!! Then saying because I don't answer you that I don't have the correct answer, or don't know it. :) It sounds like you either don't know anything about accounts, and making them....or.... your account got limited, and now your asking "if" they need it how do I verify it... which to me sounds like the problem! ;)

Also I would just recommend using a private proxy instead of a VPN, you will save some money with just using a private proxy, but whichever is fine though. I have used tons of proxies companies but I have not used to many VPN companies. I cant really recommend any because I have only used around 2-3 companies before for VPN

i have read all the information i can find about ebay stealth accounts. i guess i still can't get it completely because they keep deleting my listings. i was selling on ebay with a legit account but i made 2 other accounts one for purchasing and the other for mywife. ebay didn't like this and limited my accounts. below is what i am doing but still they delete my listings.


make new username on computer
new ip
new email
new phone number
new paypal
new ebay account

everything is good till then. when i go to list an item it doesn't show up on the index. after multiple times doing this what i think i am doing wrong is making an account and instantly posting this creates a red flag from one of your earlier post. now if this is what you believe then how long must i wait until i can post something?

I have had about 30 stealth accounts and this is the first time I have ever been asked to fax Proof of Merchandise.

The Identity Proof and the Address Proof part on the mc999 is a cake walk. I have faxed them that information and done it dozens of times and they lift the restriction on my account everytime afterwards.

I have that part already taken care of on the mc999.

But never one time have I been asked to provide Proof of Merchandise.

I need some help with providing documentation of a supplier.

Where or who can I get the documents for a suppler?

I need anything that looks legit and would be ok with ebay.

I would pay you the service of course by paypal EbayUltimate or anyone else posting or reading in this thread who knows the remedy to this proof of merchandise problem i'm having.

Also I know I can make more accounts it's just the monthly obligation month to month that kills me having to pay for services to keep the account in stealth and than being so limited on what I can sell when I first start the account.

The account is important to me because.

The account has over 500 positive feedbacks, The account is a power seller and has very high selling limits , and The account has top rated seller status.

Also I dont have much to lose trying to get the account unrestricted.

This is a question I really need answered: Everytime you sell on ebay with a new stealth account, do you make a new ebay? Also, do you use every stealth acc for one transaction?
 
I use to sell on ebay using my actual information. My problems were not so from ebay but from the "vendors" who bought my items as "customers". I was selling items on ebay that I buy for my bricks and mortar store. The problem was some of these vendors don't want me selling on ebay. Although I see several people doing it and have been for years. They seem to be undetected. I think going stealth will help me I just need to make sure I am stealthy from e bay, pay pal and the people buying from me.

can pp charge my credit card without my permission, because of the neg balance?
 
what is the purpose of an ebay store that sells pictures? (images that can be found on google)
